HIIT Training

HIIT, or high-intensity interval training, is a training technique in which you give it your all.

100% effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short recovery periods. This type of training gets and keeps your heart rate up and burns more fat in less time.

HIIT Workout 1 - Tabatta

- No equipment needed

- 3-5 times a week

- 20 seconds exercise and 20 seconds rest.

- x6  exercises + 4 rounds

- each exercise you do twice before moving on to the next one.

- 1 paymount of £25

HIIT Workout 2 - Turbulence Training

- No equipment needed

- 2-4 times a week

- do the same technique until technical failure before moving to the next technique.

- once on each technique

- increase altogether time each time you do this workout and note down.

- 1 paymount of £25

HIIT Workout 3 - PHA Training

- No equipment needed

- 3-5 times a week

- 60 secs exercise and 30 seconds rest.

- 6 exercises x 4 rounds

- 1 payment of £25

- Interval Training, This is designed to raise the heart rate and put 100 % in to the techniques and  with a little recovery.
