HIIT, or high-intensity interval training, is a training technique in which you give it your all.

100% effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short recovery periods. This type of training gets and keeps your heart rate up and burns more fat in less time.

HIIT Workout 1 - Tabatta

- No equipment needed

- Complete 3-5 times a week

- Each round is 20 seconds of exercise and 10 seconds rest.

- 4 rounds in total so you work out is complete in less than 30 minutes!

HIIT Workout 2 - Turbulence Training

- No equipment needed

- Complete 2-4 times a week

- Complete as many reps as possible until technical failure, then you move onto the next technique.

-Increase reps each time you do this workout and note down your improvement.

HIIT Workout 3 - PHA Training

- No equipment needed

- Complete 3-5 times a week

- 60 secs exercise and 30 seconds rest.

- 6 exercises x 4 rounds

- This is Interval Training, it is designed to raise the heart rate and put 100 % in to the techniques with little recovery.

-Based on Plyometric training.
