We are a dedicated exercise and fitness club, we specialise in working along side you to help you achieve your own personal health and fitness goals. 

We run weekly and monthly fitness boot camps, weekly exercise groups and provide a personal training service which runs from your own home.

We also work alongside a martial arts club to inspire people of all ages and ability to be passionate about their health and fitness.

Looking for an experienced, friendly, helpful trainer? Look no further!  Mark is a fully qualified level 4 personal trainer and also level 4 in obesity and diabetes and lower pack pain. I am  level 3 diploma in GP Referral with many years of experience.

Mark specialise in obesity and diabetes, lower pack pain and strength and conditioning.

​Mark can individualise the training programmes and classes for all abilities. Mark specialises in helping clients lose weight, toning up and outdoor fitness.
